At SO GIFTED HANDS (SGH), all sales of custom-made items are final due to their personalised nature. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund. For damaged or defective items, we offer replacements or refunds if reported within 7 days of delivery. Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days, with the customer responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact us with your order number to request a refund or report an issue.
