We aim to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction. We will have an extensive consultation process as part of our service, before we move to the printing stage. If you are at all unhappy about the end result once you receive your print, please contact us with the problem and we will offer you a new print free of charge. If the mistake lies with us, we will offer a full refund.
Please note: As a small business, we promote a lot of our work on social media, including the design and personalisation process. If you have any objections in having your personalised product on SGH's social media, please send us an email within 24 hours of making your purchase, otherwise by making a purchase, you are consenting to allowing us to use the process on our social media.
